Tabata is an interval-training class that involves 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. The class is set up in 4-minute blocks. The class incorporates full-body exercises that require minimal equipment. This class is great for increasing your heart rate in a short period of time, giving you a great cardio workout. This class is great for people who do not have a ton of time to work out.
