Constructed 1963-1964 Moody Center, a three-level complex, is the hub for student life on campus. The main floor houses the P.O.D., cafeteria, facilities office, campus post office, and bookstore. The P.O.D. is a great gathering place for students. It features a 'product on demand' snack bar and wireless internet service. Students are seen throughout the day in the P.O.D. grabbing a quick lunch or snack, studying, or just hanging out with friends. Located in the basement is the Student Organizations Center, providing office space for social clubs, student congress, new student orientation leaders, and the office of the coordinator for student activities. A newly renovated entertainment area with couches, large screen TVs, Playstation and X-Box games, as well as activities such as bowling, ping pong, and pool are also housed in the basement. Also on this floor is a computer lab open until 2 a.m. On the second floor are the offices for housing, the university nurse, academic advising, career services, and the dean of students.
